1. I used to start my day at 5:30 am with 20-30 minutes of exercise as a corporate woman. Now, as a work-at-home mom, I pack one daughter’s lunch. The other daughter eats a school lunch.

    Then, coffee for me and breakfast for all. If I’m lucky, I get to drink the coffee before 8:30, when younger daughter goes to school.

    A morning routine is super helpful.

  2. Mine differs slightly, After my Prayers I Meditate for 5-10 mins Do my Success affirmations and Get downstairs to exercise. By then my lil family is long gone to sch and work! So I got the house to my self 8am!

    If we dont have a routine we are like a rudderless ship! We gotta ha e a body and mental campus! Thanks for sharing yours Sybil!
