Meet Sybil Jones, aka MomJonz

Hey there! I’m Sybil Jones, but many people know me as MomJonz—the woman behind Mamas and Coffee®, host of The Mamas and Coffee Show, creator of Sip & Yaps and founder of Stroke Talks™.

I’m a wife, mother of three grown-ish daughters, stroke survivor, longtime military spouse, content creator and conversation starter. I don’t have life completely figured out, but I believe that even when life gets hard, we can still laugh, connect and find a little FABulousness along the way.
