Do you rip and run like a maniac most days? I see you shaking your head and laughing. It’s ok, most people do. For some reason, we feel we must always be busy from sun up to sun down.
No! Stop it! Stop it RIGHT NOW! Being “busy” doesn’t win you any kind of award. Let’s learn to take a moment for ourselves. You know, self-care. Hmmmm….. or do you ask, “what is self-care?”
What Is Self-Care
Simply put, self-care is caring for yourself. Yeah, that’s right. There’s no need to make this difficult, but for some reason, we want to make it complicated.
We make it SO complicated that we begin making excuses on why we can’t do it. No one will, or I should say, no one should make you feel bad for taking time out for you. And if someone tries to make you feel bad, just ignore them or encourage them to give it a try.
Self-care comes in many different forms for different people, and we will discuss this in a later post.

WHAT IS SELF-CARE
We need to rejuvenate our body, mind, and soul.
If you don’t take care of yourself, how do you expect to look after your family? How will you be able to help others around you? You should ALWAYS carve a little bit of self-care time into your schedule.
