Words Of Wisdom For High School Graduates From The #MaCs

    May 26, 2019 /

High School Graduation is here! I love seeing photos shared on social media of all the graduates and reading about their upcoming plans in life.  It took me back to my High School graduation many, many years ago.  I remember the talks from my mom, family, and her friends telling me they wanted to share words of wisdom for high school graduates.

    Dixie Cups Man!

    March 26, 2019 /

Learning to be a father and husband is a real struggle.  Trying to figure yourself out while you are trying to figure out the women you love is a real confusing time. My wife and I got together in our early twenties.  At that point in time the only thing I knew about relationships was the vision my parents had provided me.  You eventually learn that what you see from the sample your parents give you is not the whole picture.  Growing up when dad spoke, we all listened.  Dad was the man of the house and if he said it wasn’t happening, it wasn’t happening.   When he said something…

Read A Bedtime Story To Your Little One No Matter How Near or Far You Are

    February 12, 2019 /

Every few years we tell our parents that we are moving.  Moving further away and even though they are happy for us career-wise, a little piece of them is saddened about missing out on the grandkids growing up. Our kids didn’t have the opportunity to spend the night with their grandparents whenever they wanted or hang out at their house all weekend.  They also didn’t have the chance to cuddle up with their favorite book for grandma or papa to read to them.

FOOD! I Love My Humans When They Feed Me

    January 23, 2019 /

Equestrian Girl Forever wakes up at the buttcrack of dawn on school days.  Not sure why she wakes up so early, but she does.  Since I sleep in her room, she wakes me up early too.  There’s NO need for this hot mess, but it happens.  She makes my breakfast dish and stares at me waiting for me to eat.  No, human.  I want to jump on this couch and go back to sleep. Actually, I never wanted to get out of the bed where I was sleeping in the first place.

I Will Accept The Weather Being Disrespectful Now – It’s Snowing

    January 12, 2019 /
